Do you have any physical stores I may visit?

Are all your items genuine?
Yes, all our items are genuine! Ocampos Fine Jewellery issue receipts for its sold products. You may request for a store certificate for your diamond jewelry purchase and you can pick up at any of our stores. GIA, IGL, and Japan Gem Grading System certified pieces available also.
Do you have a free resize service?
Yes! We do sizing down for items bought from us for FREE!

As for sizing up, we charge for the gold used. Kindly note that for most ring items, we only allow up to one size up. For rings that need two sizes up, a prior assessment will be done if resizing is possible.

How do I get the product?
Our items are shipped and insured through our trusted shipping partner: LBC.

We accept bank transfer, over-the-counter, credit card, and Gcash payments. Coming soon: SM Virtual store and Akulaku financing scheme.
What is your policy on returns?
We can assure you that our Fine Jewellery products are genuine and of quality.
What to do if for any reason you find that the item you receive is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
Contact us immediately at 0920 903 0964 or email@example.com within 7 days upon delivery.
Send us photos of the shipping packaging, receipt, Ocampo’s packaging, and the item itself.
Once we verify that the product you receive is defective, please return or ship the item in unused condition together with the packaging and documents back to us.
We will replace the item within 7 to 10 business days. You may choose to pick up the items in person.
*Actual schedule will depend on the item replacement availability.
Kindly note that replacements, returns, and refunds are only applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If an order is returned or canceled and was found NOT to be any of the three conditions mentioned, the customer will be liable for the costs incurred by Ocampo’s Fine Jewellery; for having the product returned to us for inspection and shipped back to you. Thank you for your understanding.
